Sharon Block directs the Labor and Worklife Program at the Harvard Law School, which focuses on the world of work and its impacts on society. She has had a long career in public service, including eight years working for the Obama White House. 

In this episode, she talks about the workers who had to choose between losing their job and being exposing to coronavirus and why the system failed to protect them.
